New Taxi Cab Operation in Rio Vista – Welcome Cab Ride!
NEW TAXI CAB OPERATION IN RIO VISTA – WELCOME CAB RIDE!
March 17, 2012 (RIO VISTA, CA) Cab Ride has started taxicab operations in the City of Rio Vista and to other destinations outside the City of Rio Vista. Hours of operation are seven days a week from 9 am to 2:30 am. Passengers can look for a silver minivan with a Cab Ride logo on the door.
With Cab Ride starting operations in Rio Visa, the Rio Vista Delta Breeze Taxi Scrip Program is back in operation for seniors (age 65 years old or older) and persons with disabilities. This program provides a 50% discount off taxi fares to the eligible user for trips within Rio Vista and to other destinations. An application is required to participate in this program. Additionally, those that have been certified ADA may utilize the Solano County Intercity Taxi Scrip Program may purchase $100.00 worth of rides for $15.00 yielding an 85% subsidy.
Passengers can call Cab Ride at (707) 631-9200 for reservations. Taxi will also wait at the stand at the northeast corner of Front Street and Main Street.

Per 1/10th of a mile – 35 cents
Standby rate per hour – $25.00 per hour
Meter is used when there is more than one stop requested by the passenger or when there are no flat drop rates as established below.
