Rio Vista Police Department Trading Card Collection Contest — Winner!
The Rio Vista Police Officer’s Association would like to proudly announce Amber Hibma as the winner of the Rio Vista Police Department Trading Card Collection Contest! Amber successfully collected all 9 Rio Vista Police Officer Trading Cards (Chief Bowman, Sergeant Knapp, Officer Hollingsworth, Officer Rister, Officer McDowell, Officer Ryan, Officer Pratt, Officer Bahr and Officer Heuer) in order to receive her raffle ticket, which was selected as the lucky winner of a Nintendo DS XL for the month of April. The raffle prize winner for the month of March, Dallas Holmes, joined Officer McDowell and Officer Heuer on April 6th to deliver the great news to Amber and present her with her prize!
The Rio Vista Police Officer’s Association would like to encourage the youth to continue their efforts to collect the trading cards for chances to win a Nintendo Wii and a 22” Insignia flat screen television/DVD player combo! Winners will be announced May 1st and June 1st. The Rio Vista Police Officer’s Association would also like to give ongoing thanks to the following Rio Vista businesses that made this contest possible:
