Delta resident Peter Bradbury new book is called: A Killing in Rio Vista. Although it can be read as a stand-alone book, it is a follow-up to his previous publication, Stone Dead in Rio Vista. This is Peter’s 7th book.
It is a murder mystery that starts with a woman’s torso being snagged by a boy who is out fishing with his grandfather. Police Officer Julie Morales responds to the 911 call, and she takes charge of the investigation. Once it’s determined that the woman is the same one who has been reported missing, Julie needs to look into her history, to see if there could be any motives for her murder. Finding a few suspects but little evidence, this book will keep you guessing as to who did it. Featuring many of the local businesses in Rio Vista, this will keep all the local people enthralled with the novel.
