This year’s recipient for the Janey Callahan-Chin Memorial Scholarship for the Arts is Sydney Saldana. Sydney graduated with highest honors from Rio Vista High School and will be attending Chico State University in the fall. Sydney plans to major in Communication Sciences and Disorders and minor in Art.
