As you drive down River Road in Rio Vista, you can see the stunning new Rio Vista Executive Boat & RV Storage building.
Chris Koenig is one of the select few partners in this state-of-the-art covered storage facility. Local boat and RV enthusiasts who are connected to the Delta make up this group. Through their travels, they’ve learned that the San Francisco Bay Area has few options for Class-A, covered, secure, safe, and luxurious storage for RVs and boats.
Koenig’s love for the Delta began even earlier, when he first went boating and water skiing as a young boy. His parents formerly owned and operated Caption’s Jacks Delta Adventures in Discovery Bay.
For many years, Koenig had been aware that the Rio Vista region in particular was growing and needed a cover facility.
Koenig serves on the Rio Vista Economic Development Committee and has a keen interest in the city and the surrounding area. Along with Rio Vista, he and his partners also own a few other locations, including Oakley and Pittsburg.
The Rio Vista Executive Boat & RV Storage, which just recently opened, is available to assist you with your boat, RV, trailer, and car storage needs. Featuring covered parking, round-the-clock security cameras, and both a gated entry and exterior LED lighting. Additionally, they provide free ice, air, and water in addition to a propane filling station.
Solar panels with a capacity of three megawatts are currently being installed. About 1,000 homes and businesses will receive power from the energy, which will be sold back to PG&E.
