Floating Lotus Blooms Again in Isleton

After fifteen months of quarantine, Floating Lotus Women’s Wellness is again ready to help Delta women relax and recuperate from the stresses of the pandemic. Whether you’ve been working from home, managing home schooling, caring for loved ones, or being an essential worker of any sort, it’s finally time to have some self-care, and there’s no better way to do that than some bodywork to start feeling whole again.

Floating Lotus is a woman’s wellness practice focused on restoration and recuperation from injuries, illness, and stress. “While we’re not aware of it, our body holds on to stress and injuries even after we think we’re fine. To find those stress points and helping them release can make a significant change for a client — and I love solving those puzzles,” said Beth Youngdoff, who opened Floating Lotus in 2016. “Every session is different, depending on the person and what they most need. I firmly believe that there’s no ‘one size fits all’ in my work.”

“There’s nothing I’ve missed more than seeing my clients,” “Helping women become healthier and more at ease in their bodies is deeply rewarding work for me, and I’m more than ready to get back to it. Since I work from my home, the precautionary restrictions we’ve been under meant it simply wasn’t possible to see clients and work comfortably. I’m still going to be cautious and take appropriate precautions, but the requirements have been relaxed a bit so I can see a limited number of people now,” she says. As in most health-related offices, safety is still foremost, so temperature checks and basic questions on exposure potential and vaccination status are included in intake conversations.

Floating Lotus is open by appointment only weekdays and occasional Saturdays, and new clients save $20 on the first session. If you are feeling exhausted, sore, aching, and wrung out from the last 15 months, contact Beth at Floating Lotus, and get a re-set to help you get back to your normal life.
