The Rio Vista library is open to the public by appointment between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. Branches are closed Saturday and Sunday. Please call 1-866-572-7587 or go to our website to make an appointment.
