RioVision invites artists to participate in the Phase 2 Utility Box Public Art Program, Rock the Box. Artists will have the opportunity to showcase their work in a program to beautify utility boxes in various locations in the city. The goal of the program is to use public art to elevate the vitality of the City’s streetscapes, bring art to unexpected places and encourage community pride. This invitation is open to all artists 16 years of age and above. All entries must be the original design of the entrant and be submitted by no later than 5 pm 2/22/21.
